Cancellation Terms:

• Booking must be cancelled 45 days prior to the planned date of arrival
• 50% of total amount will be deducted for cancellation received up to 30 days prior to Travel
• 70%will be deducted for cancellation received up to 30 to 20 days prior to Travel
• Full amount will be deducted for cancellation received within 20 days prior to Travel
• In peak season date booking, no cancellation will accept
• If in any case of flight cancellation due to operational reason, Avenue World Tourism is not responsible for refund issue.
• Flight booking amount is Nonrefundable

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case-to-case basis
